About Us
Pamper and Groom Naturally
At The Stable Soap Company, I make vegan artisan soaps, skincare, haircare and equine and dog grooming products in small batches from the soap cellar of my Dorset home.
Each product is thoughtfully made using high-quality, plant-based ingredients to deliver gentle cleansing, deep nourishment and a touch of everyday luxury for people who love the outdoors and for the horses and dogs who share those adventures.
Based in Dorset and inspired by daily life with my horse Bella and dog Joey, everything I make is guided by simplicity, sustainability and genuine care.
My Story
The journey began in 2021 with a simple goal, to reduce plastic in our busy family home of five. Switching to soap and shampoo bars sparked a deeper curiosity about ingredients, sustainability and traditional soap-making.
In 2022, I attended my first soap-making workshop and completely fell in love with the craft. By 2023, The Stable Soap Company was born.
In 2024, I expanded into skincare and haircare and was honoured to be named as one of the Small Business Sunday (SBS) winners by Theo Paphitis, known from Dragons' Den. That recognition was a truly special milestone and meaningful validation of the quality and care behind my brand.
2025 and 2026 mark an exciting new chapter, expanding my equine range, attending county shows and winning a stand at Spring Fair, as well as continuing to grow my wonderful community of customers and wholesale partners.
Thank you for being part of the journey.

True Artisan Soap, Made with Intention
My soaps remain at the heart of my business. Each bar is lovingly formulated, hand-poured, cut and carefully cured using traditional cold processed methods. Free from harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances and unnecessary additives, they offer a rich, creamy lather that leaves skin feeling clean, moisturised and nourished.
A Growing Natural Skincare Collection
What began with soap has grown into a complete collection of natural skincare and haircare products, including body balms, foot balms, lip balms, cleansing balms, bath salts, bath bombs, and shampoo and conditioning bars, each made with the same care and plant-based formulations, presented in sustainable packaging.
Pure Essential Oils. Natural Colours. Nothing Synthetic.
I scent my products exclusively with pure essential oils, never synthetic fragrances. Selected for their natural aroma and traditional therapeutic qualities. Every soap bar is coloured using natural clays, herbs and spices, making each bar beautifully unique.
The Equine & Dog Grooming Collection
Born from my love of horses, the Equine Grooming Collection continues to grow. This natural range includes equine hot oil, mane & tail serum, hoof care products and leather care, all carefully developed using natural ingredients to support healthy coats, strong hooves and well-cared-for tack. My dog grooming range is made with the same gentle, plant-based approach.
Sustainable at Heart
Sustainability sits at the heart of everything I do. All packaging is plastic-free wherever possible, using biodegradable and compostable materials throughout. Where durability is required, I choose recyclable options such as aluminium tins, glass jars and PET containers.
Every cosmetic product undergoes a full Safety Assessment by a Certified Registered Chemist and complies with UK and EU Cosmetic Regulations. Horse and dog products are fully compliant and supplied with CLP documentation.
Proud to be Recognised
I'm a proud member of The Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers a mark of quality and craftsmanship I take seriously. And as an SBS winner, I'm honoured to be part of a community of small businesses championed by Theo Paphitis.
