At The Stable Soap Company, I make vegan artisan soaps, skincare, haircare and equine and dog grooming products in small batches from the soap cellar of my Dorset home.
Each product is thoughtfully made using high-quality, plant-based ingredients to deliver gentle cleansing, deep nourishment and a touch of everyday luxury for people who love the outdoors and for the horses and dogs who share those adventures.

My soaps remain at the heart of my business. Each bar is a true artisan soap lovingly formulated, hand-poured, cut and carefully cured. Made with intention and respect for traditional cold processed methods, they are designed to cleanse effectively while protecting the skin’s natural barrier.
Free from harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances and unnecessary additives, they offer a rich, creamy lather that leaves skin feeling clean, moisturised and nourished.
I continue to develop new recipes, always guided by skin kindness and the power of natural ingredients.

My products are especially loved by those who spend their days outdoors, in the garden, the yard or the countryside. The rich plant oils help to moisturise and protect hardworking, weather-exposed skin, making them ideal after long days outside.

I scent my products exclusively with pure essential oils — never synthetic fragrances.
Each oil is selected not only for its beautiful natural aroma, but also for its traditional therapeutic qualities. Blends are carefully balanced to enhance the sensory experience while remaining gentle and skin-friendly.
Naturally Coloured, Beautifully Unique
Every soap bar is coloured using natural clays, herbs and spices. These botanical ingredients create soft, earthy tones and subtle variations, making each bar slightly different.
Sustainable at Heart
Sustainability sits at the heart of The Stable Soap Company.
All packaging is plastic-free wherever possible. I use biodegradable and compostable materials throughout, from paper labels to plant-based cellulose film and wood-pulp adhesives.
Where durability is required, I choose recyclable options such as aluminium tins, glass jars and PET containers, always selecting the most responsible solution for the product inside.
Safety & Compliance
Every cosmetic product undergoes a full Safety Assessment by a Certified Registered Chemist and complies with UK and EU Cosmetic Regulations.
Horse and Dog products are fully compliant and supplied with CLP documentation, ensuring safety, transparency and peace of mind across the entire range.

Each formulation is carefully developed using natural ingredients to support healthy coats, strong hooves and well-cared-for tack. More innovations are already in development, as I continue refining products that genuinely work while staying true to my eco-conscious values.
My Story
The journey began in 2021 with a simple goal: to reduce plastic in our busy family home of five. Switching to soap and shampoo bars sparked a deeper curiosity about ingredients, sustainability and traditional soap-making.
In 2022, I attended my first soap-making workshop and completely fell in love with the craft. By 2023, The Stable Soap Company was born.
In 2024, I expanded into skincare and haircare and was honoured to be named as one of the Small Business Sunday (SBS) winners by Theo Paphitis, known from Dragons' Den. That recognition was a truly special milestone and meaningful validation of the quality and care behind my brand.
2025 and 2026 mark an exciting new chapter, expanding my equine range, attending county shows and winning a stand at Spring Fair, as well as continuing to grow my wonderful community of customers and wholesale partners.
