In a quest to make a positive impact on the environment, I embarked on a journey to reduce recycling in my busy household of five. In 2021, I took a significant step by embracing soap and shampoo bars, consciously minimising the use of plastic.
Fast forward to 2022, I discovered my true passion: crafting handmade and plant based soap. With my creative spirit in full bloom, I envisioned a unique product that would cater to hardworking hands, providing a rejuvenating experience. I wanted to share the benefits of my creations with busy horse owners, gardeners, mechanics, and more, transporting them to a place of tranquillity and self-care within a simple act of hand washing.
The Stable Soap Company handmade soaps are created with a base of coconut oil, olive oil, and cocoa butter for the Hardworking Hands and Guest Soap and 100% coconut oil for the Horse and Dog Soap. These ingredients provide deep cleansing and hydration, helping to replenish and lock in moisture, leaving your skin feeling soft and clean.
The inclusion of pumice in our Hardworking Hands soap and Guest Soaps provides gentle exfoliation. This process stimulates circulation, helping to rejuvenate and promote healthy, clean and soft skin.
Essential oils, are carefully selected and added to offer an array of therapeutic benefits. Lavender, for instance, calms and relaxes, while Lemongrass uplifts and energizes. By incorporating essential oils, you can enhance your mood, promote relaxation, and invigorate your senses.

Free from chemicals our soaps are typically formulated without the use of harsh chemicals, synthetic fragrances, or artificial additives.
My handmade soaps prioritise sustainability and eco-consciousness. That's why all of my soap packaging is entirely free from plastic. I have chosen alternative materials that are biodegradable and compostable from the paper labels to the clear cellulose film, glue and tape all made from wood pulp.
All of my handmade soap for hard working hands, guest soap, lip balms and shampoo and conditioner bars go through a Safety Assessment by a Certified Registered Chemist and comply with EU Cosmetic Law. My horse and dog soaps have CLP's written by a Certified Registered Chemist.
